Welcome to Shirtylicious



Growing up is fun, but not if that means that your favourite clothes don`t fit anymore...
That`s why we don`t make a difference between our designs for men, women or children - our characters can and should be worn by the whole family!

We are a small clothing company, located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, making high quality and modern clothing with a twinkle.
In the process of our handmade production, we want to keep a clean conscience.
That's why we work with ´sweatshop free` and some organic garments and use as many environmentally friendly products as possible...
Which means that our office is powered by 100% dutch windenergy,  the Co² from the gas that we use is being compensated in Brazil, 90% of our light bulbs are energy saving or LED, we seperate our rubbish and only use 100% recycled paper (also in our toilet!).
So, you can´t say we are not trying...
Although we are not able to produce 100% organic due to costs, we strive to get there in the future.

With that in mind, we also want to make your shopping with us as easy and exciting as possible.
The following information will hopefully help you to understand our service and inform you of our policies.

Orders

We accept European and International orders.
All orders outside the Netherlands are either European or International orders.
All orders whether from the Netherlands or International can be paid via our website.
You will be automatically directed to the secure website of merchant payment provider Ogone.

All orders can be paid with credit cards like Visa, American Express, Master card or Paypal.
European orders can also be paid via bank transfer and orders from the Netherlands via IDEAL.
For payments via credit card, we charge an extra 3% on top of the total price.

After payment is received and the product is in stock, we will ship within 7 days.
We ship twice a week, Monday-Friday.
If the product is out of stock, it will take us between 3-21 days to restock - that depending on the availability with our deliverers.
International orders may be subject to Customs and Import Duty Tax.
Shirtylicious is not responsible for these fees.
Fees are determined by the local mail carrier of the receiving country.


Shipping costs

We offer shipping with TNT post or DHL.
Shipping is always insured and here are the prices:

Delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
These are the delivery times from our mail carrier TNT Post:

Europe                                

Western Europe: 1-4 days

Eastern Europe:  5-6 days

Outside Europe

US, Asia: 4-7 days

Australia: 6-9 days

Africa: 8-10 days

Backorder Policy

Because every single one of our clothes is hand printed, there will be occasions where the item you ordered is out of stock.
The shirt may not be in stock, or the colour combination unavailable either when you ordered it originally (we couldn't update the website fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. In this case you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the circumstances.
We apologize for this inconvenience.

Most backordered items are restocked within 3 - 21 days.
With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered as soon as possible.
If you would still like to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at info@shirtylicious.com.

We regret that we are unable to provide exact estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products.
All our shirts are hand printed and handled by a very small group of people.
We also face delivery and custom issues with our deliverers that we do not have any influence over.
We will, however, try our very best in keeping all customers up to date with new developments with backordered items.

Return Policy

Please understand that our clothes are shipped and stored with extreme care from the moment we receive the clothes, print and personalize them.
At Shirtylicious, everyone is really involved in the production and cares about our products and customers.
We are willing to work with you if you are dissatisfied in any way.
All sales are final, however…

Shirtylicious will accept SAME ITEM exchanges under certain conditions.
If your product is visibly damaged, we will offer an exchange immediately upon review of the product.
In order to do this, you must e-mail us (please include pictures of damage if possible) at info@shirtylicious.com.
After we decided whether we will exchange the product or not, you will receive an
e-mail from us to send the product back to us.
The shipping costs of that will be refunded by us.
We will review the case with the mail carrier for faulty shipment, then send you the item again once we hear a ruling.
If you however want to return or exchange a product because you don't like it or it doesn't fit, then you are responsible for return postage yourself.
All exchanges can be made within the first 14 days of receipt of product.
Remember, we only ship insured!

Sale items can unfortunately not be returned.

To all our customers, please note: We are a small company trying our best to run a business we love.
Please know that if you return something for any reason other than defect or damage, we lose a great deal due to import and the time we put into our own production.
With this in mind please help us to stay alive.

Privacy Policy

Shirtylicious is completely committed to protecting your privacy.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you register on our mailing list, all we need is an e-mail address.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail and mailing address.
This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status.
All order information is automatically placed in our mailing list.

We occasionally use the collected information to notify you about important functionally changes to the website, design news or special offers we think you might find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, simply reply to info@shirtylicious.com with unsubscribe` in the subject of your e-mail.
You will be removed immediately.

Will Shirtylicious disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others!
Shirtylicious may only release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law or, (ii) protect the rights, property or safety of Shirtylicious, our users, or others.
